Kentucky SOS just estimated that 1.1 million will cast a vote in this primary - record smashed

Kentucky secretary state just estimated that 1.1 million Kentuckians will cast a vote in this primary, smashing Kentucky's all-time primary record of 922,456 votes in 2008. That would be at roughly the same turnout rate of 32%.
