The number of precincts reporting is irrelevant with all of the absentee votes still to be counted.

I don't know how Kentucky does it, but most states count the absentee ballots prior to or during....

However, what I mainly hope, no matter whom the nominee, that they can settle their differences as soon as the primary is over, the way the Democratic presidential candidates managed to do this year.
We have zero hope to gain this seat otherwise.

The absentee vote is expected to significantly outnumber the in-person precinct voting. It may be another week or so before the absentee votes are counted.

...the primary/election day, and include them in the counts as precincts report.
