Maloney's been in Congress almost as long as Engel and beat Patel 59%-41% in the 2018 primary.

They keep lowering the % of precincts reporting. It was 100%...to 74%...now it's 66%

As for mail in ballots...they screwed those up royally and most people didn't get them. We got one of the 2 requested yesterday. I expect to get the other tomorrow...

And now, at 10:13pm, the number of precincts reporting is 69%
