Nowhere close to 50% of votes cast. And the Booker strongholds haven’t reported at all. Turnout was 1.1 million. Still lots of votes.

Those two counties alone, Booker's strongholds, would change it. Kentucky has also had a robust mail-in campaign, with something like 800,000 ballots requested, and many of those have undoubtedly been mailed in the past day. If it's a tight race, we may not know for days.

Way premature to say that it looks like McGrath will win.
