Detailed one that barr initiated which would go on to prevent the merger of two companies where ultimately no antitrust violations were found. That subpoenas drained the companies in producing 1+ million documents.

That the DOJ at the behest of barr would go on to target nine more cannabis companies for antitrust violations, despite them being in different geographic regions and not competing with one another.
