I think that there is still only a small fraction of the returns in, in the 10% range.

If votes from Lexington and Louisville have mostly been counted , then Mc Grath will win. However, if the votes from Louisville and Lexington have not been counted Booker has a great chance.
Hopefully CNN will get John King to clarify what votes are still to be counted.

Louisville and a number of other random counties are still out. I think it will be very close but Booker will fall short. I hope Im wrong.
