Ever since distance reporting though she's been a walking disaster. She can't figure out, after months of doing this, how the delay works and the confusion seems to cause her to say really vacuous things. I hope she figures it out. Chode Toad? He can F right off. My new favorite thing with him is how he takes 15 minutes to hash through a question, in his own mind, to make it as milquetoast as possible. He's a real gem.

... maybe they are looking for a Republican-Democrat balance? Personally, I'd prefer Republicans like Nicole Wallace or Steve Schmidt.

Phill Griffin wants MSNBC to have Toad as their new face of Political affairs. Believe Andy Lack's last day is next week.

in case something went wrong with an audio as has happened with them working remotely. I think it was Brian Williams said something to Katy Tur that indicated they were working together to keep continuity in case someone dropped or had audio problems.

But why does he get to do the intro? It has been her time slot.

My complaint is that I just never thought very much of Chuck Todd.

It might suck, but it's true. Katy is a relative newcomer, who earned her stripes in '16 on the Trump campaign trail.

She's pretty good, TBS, but seniority matters.

Katie had been co-hosting with Brian Williams, but their chemistry was less than ideal (and i think Williams wanted to co-host with Nicolle Wallace)

Velshi took over Gura's spot as lead-in to Reid on the weekends and Ruhle went over to NBC full-time.

Deadline:WH seems to have expanded to 90 minutes, but is back to an hour this week as Wallace is off and Heilman is hosting.
