(16,616 posts)real for the "players." And Q Anon's predictions never come true, so they make up a bunch of justifications and move on to the next prediction.

Weeks after K-pop accounts first targeted QAnon, they're now co-opting another QAnon hashtag pushing an oath pledge "Q" posted this morning.

It appears K Pop stans have hijacked the hashtag "TakeTheOath," which QAnon followers are trying to use to promote videos of themselves saying the "Digital Soldier Oath."

(1,041 posts)I can no longer tell sarcasm from lunatic views people actually sincerely subscribe to.
It is surprising how similar they sound to people who could be paranoid schizophrenics or at least delusional:

I wonder where psychiatrists draw the line between nutty views resulting from ignorance and a bona fide mental illness. A lot of people seem to have many far out views now. It is probably the result of dumbing down. They cannot all be actually insane can they?

(9,670 posts)The crazies have all been given a voice and en masse that voice is amplified to afford it "legitimacy". These whackos have been around forever, but their craziness could never be broadcast. With social media, the most fringe of the fringe appear to be larger than their true numbers indicate. And every statement becomes newsworthy. What an abuse of what should be considered a useful tool in our evolution.
