how often? I ask because when my son was a child back in the 80's CHLA and CHOC did not allow stuffed animals or stuffeeees (spell check keeps correcting the spelling) because this kind carried or retained germs. It had to be the cloth type of animal even though that was stuffed.

Or I am falling for a practical joke?

Edited to add: After doing a Google search on stuffed bears in Paris cafes I found an article. Here is a paragraph from the article:
