But if it were on the market, it would be about $180k. (The owners bought the land and then built - plenty of similar land available.)

I sold them the land. That cabin should be closer to the 150's, but we're between Asheville and Charlotte, and people are beginning to notice.

It really is stunning. I cannot imagine waking up in the morning and being able to walk outside and see all that green.

I'm in Southern California. Depending on how much rain we get, most of the year I'm looking at brown rather than green.

27. We've lived here for 20 yrs

My wife and I arrived in spring of 2000. Still love it. It's quiet with clean air, clean water, and no traffic.
