I wonder too if trumps demanding his cut with goodies in it for his pockets or he won't sign it. He'll claim something else is why he won't sign it, but he doesn't want us getting anything if he had his way, just like he stiffs contractors. trump talking or tweeting about the virus will do nothing but backfire against him.
