that he's looking for an escape hatch. He HATES his job! Not as much as we hate him, but still........

He could quit, citing severe health issues, get Pence to pardon him for any potential federal crimes, and somehow find a way to plead away his state indictments with the same health stuff.

Don't know if there's any way to make that work, but I would bet that he's looked at it. Bully Barr can only do so much.
