9th Circuit Court says Trump cannot divert Military money to build his wall.

The 9th Circuit reaffirmed the Constitution's plain text by ruling that Pres. Trump can't divert congressionally appropriated $ for our military toward his wall. Congress ALONE has the power of the purse. Taxpayer $ aren't a slush fund for the Pres's pet projects.
