that cannot immediately recognize a certain cityscape .....

it says NYPD (something of a clue) .. but it's a fairly big .. burg?

6. My first guess was that it was two blocks away from Trump Tower.

I haven't been to New York, so I'm only familiar with the iconic buildings like the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and the WTC.
