When both hands are in play, he’s riffing.

the bigger the lies.

4. He usually has a sing-songy nasal monotone when he's on prompter too

that makes it obvious he is reading that part of his speech that someone else wrote to make him more acceptable although he would prefer saying something more outrageous.

single word, because he really is that poor of a reader and his attention span is that small and no - he has never read the speech he giving . . . . also a dead give away.
