is underappreciated and underestimated. He's just hit the exact right tone here, just the right amount of caution about the NYT report and outrage at its implications.

Biden's been on the inside of national issues for 50 years. 8 years as VP, Senator for decades. Few others can compare. Maybe Nixon, GHW Bush, and Ike. Joe Biden is the real deal.
