is what needs to become mandatory.

This can't begin to end until enough infected and asymptomatic people are found and isolated

Costco....100% masks as expected. Lowe's..... Maybe 25%. Fucking selfish people.

This is in northern Arizona.

You'd be surprised how many people still don't wear them when they are mandatory. People just don't care and, of course, their rights are being trampled when you tell them to do anything they don't want to do. Apparently "freedom" means doing whatever you damned well please, whenever you damned well please. At least that's what the maskholes think.

I rarely go out. Hubby does most of the shopping. Today I just had a little too much cabin fever. Went to Costco first. Didn't see anyone without a mask or the idiots that don't wear the mask correctly. Quick in and out. Felt okay.

Then we went to Lowe's to get something I wanted for a project. Less than 25% masks. It made me so angry. And sad. Really had to contain myself from confronting these assholes. It's a losing cause where I live.

I'm back home and more determined to isolate than ever.

At the liquor store, all employees and 90% of customers have masks on. I have no intention of going to a bar and have only been in a restaurant once (there were ten people in a building that holds 150 people - we left a good tip!)

And I'm damned glad they do. Most other stores don't, because they're afraid of losing a customer or something. Well, I'm a customer too, and I won't be going back into their stupid stores if they don't enforce the mandatory mask policy. I'm sick of this crap, and I've been telling them so.

My daughter just got back from Ace Hardware where there were about 6 customers all without masks, and these were not youngsters. They were senior citizens, going down the ailes with no masks. Total Stupidity.

The ABSOLUTE WORST is Quick Trips. Lots of laborers, contractors, native Americans. NOBODY wearing a fucking mask.
I wrote to the corporation to complain, but we all know where that ends up.
Some bight spots: Frys Food; 90-100% wearing masks. "Some" Home Depots 75-90%. Some of the restaurants only doing take out are in compliance as well. I thinkk the fact your daughter saw mostly seniors without masks just indicates Trumptards. It will be their "mark" from now on....I say good, helps the rest of us sane people to identify the imbeciles among us so we can avoid them like the plague. (no pun intended)
That being said, I will never enter another Quick Trip again. EVER. Additionally, I don't think I will ever again enter any establishment WITHOUT a mask. Even after this shit storm is over....

Based on the displayed figures, one could assume that would be close to 100%.

However we all know that nothing is that close to 100%.

Therefore, I sort of call into question the other percentages. I doubt they are supported by any real testing, rather just a personal/professional opinion.

Still, it's worth a thought.

on line and he picks it up. Today he had to make a run for supplies between the bigger shopping trips. Our community just ordered mandatory masks within the city limits for stores and businesses. Husband always wears a mask, gloves and a shield. He said Wal-Mart had an employee outside the door advising shoppers they were required to wear a mask, but not turning any away without masks. Several pulled their masks down as soon as they were inside.
