If they turn on him now, they'll lose all his supporters. They'll just stay home, and the results will be the same.

He has done zero to try to win new voters and he's lost his previous voters in droves. No way he can win. I've been thinking for awhile that he may just be shocked at the convention to not get the nomination.

Bill weld is waiting in the wings to challenge impotus at the convention. He still ran in primaries that states didn't cancel so he did pick up some delegates, I think. Whatever the actual situation, last time I saw him during the primaries he said he was planning to do that.
