(86,323 posts)they were close last Friday so they're probably maxed out by today since the case numbers are blasting through the roof, don;t know about hospitalizations but that many cases is bound to be a good sized number of severe cases.

The ICU numbers in Duval that my friend has been monitoring haven't been moving up with the case#s.

(3,334 posts)Half of them are saying that all the beds in the hospital can be turned into ICU beds just by calling them that. That they don't need any upgrades and they don't mention where the hospitals are going to get the ventilators. This is why we are losing and will continue to lose. People are deluding themselves. I guess when things get so bad, people's brains freeze.
