1. He has asked 'intel' for an explanation at some point since the story broke
2. 'Intel' (all of them? one of them?) has very recently replied that they found the story not credible - ie 'just reported'
3. Meaning that 'Intel' have known about this story for an unspecified amount of time (tell us more, Donald....)
4. But 'intel' (all of them) decided that this was not important enough to relay to the CiC because 'intel' made the call this was untrue
5. It's all 'intel's' fault.
