When Myrlie Evers Williams heard yesterday that Mississippi was taking the Confederate symbol off its flag, she wept and said, "I can’t believe it. I am so emotional. Medgar’s wings must be clapping”:

As I've read it, the Confederate flag part is supposed to be replaced by adding "In God We Trust" someplace on the flag, and I can see the SCOTUS calling that an establishment of religion. Of course, this will then raise the question of whether or not the phrase should be on US currency.
