Putin continues to build a total surveillance state in Russia. Instead of even hiding it, they've named the school surveillance system "Orwell". No, I'm not joking.

Off relations with Russia. And clean out the intelligence agencies of those Russian moles and straighten our computer systems to fight back and send them virus to destroy those hackers. We can train a lot of people to work on this of all ages.
