Gov. Ducey orders closure of bars, gyms, movie theaters, water parks, and tubing; delays first day of school
PHOENIX - Governor Doug Ducey ordering the closure of bars, movie theaters, gyms, water parks and tubing. He is also pushing back the date for schools to start until August 17.
Ducey announced the executive order during his June 29 news conference after Arizona had another record-breaking weekend for COVID-19 cases.
The order goes into effect at 8 p.m. on June 29 with a targeted reopening date in 30 days.

(9,952 posts)walking around. I was surprised to see a lot of them 20 somethings. I went for a hike at Spencer Butte and 70%-80% wore masks while hiking. Even Walmart it was a good 80%.
