...and I am not a particular radical. I tend to be small-c conservative when it comes to our institutions. But enough is enough. These people are consciously trying to destroy our country. Our democracy. Anything worthwhile about our republic. In doing so, they have given aid and comfort to a foreign despot who is deliberately trying to kill our soldiers. And protection and cover, to the traitor in the White House who is that despot's puppet. I, personally, would be willing to see--much to my surprise--something that might almost be regarded as revolutionary justice dished out to certain individuals. I hardly have to name names. Again--this will never happen, certainly not under Biden. But if *I* feel this way, I know similar feelings must be widespread...

Nothing the GOP senators have done meets the definition of the crime of treason, which is the only crime defined in the Constitution. Treason cannot have been committed because the US has not declared war on any nation at the present time.

Reagan's rogue end run around Congress showed us that the GOP cannot be trusted with authority. The Neocons used the Tea Party to monkey wrench our government and reshape the world for profit. Our failure to take the GOP to task is what led us down this road to Trump.
