wasn’t labeled as an “actionable threat” ! Just what the hell is having a bounty put on our soldiers not deemed an”actionable threat”? I would hate to see how they assess the issues of all crisis, like the Coronavirus? Oh wait, we found out! This administration is the most inept ever & it starts with the president and goes all the down the chain or up the chain! Putin has Trump were he wants him, scared and why? I guess our GOPer leadership don’t deem Trump and Putin an “actionable threat”, they cover for Trump every time he does something inexcusable or irrational! Pathetic and idiotic!
