(15,058 posts)Why didn't she keep her mouth shut (and the publisher as well) about the book until it had already been released?
I know that the publisher wants to generate buzz, but it also invites the legal intervention.
Anybody out there have any thoughts?

Simon & Schuster has just as many lawyers as Rump. What's more, they're competent. I'm not worried yet.
Disclaimer: No, I'm nowhere near a lawyer. Just trying to pay attention in my ignorant layman's way.

(50,986 posts)They're obviously judge shopping as this same ploy was just shot down by another judge.

(17,148 posts)Rump doesn't get to appoint state court judges, so there's that.
