Several holes in, we were teeing off from a location near a fairway on another hole. Jack, the sociopath, made a drive that was a slice from hell - curving sharply and maintaining a low trajectory. It hit a fellow on the next fairway about mid-thigh with an audible ‘THWACK!’ As the guy was rolling around on the fairway, screaming and writhing in pain, we asked Jack what he was going to do. He said, ‘I gotta keep my head down and drop my shoulder a little.’ Without so much as a ‘sorry’ shouted from afar, Jack made his do-over drive. I could see rump doing something like that.
