Vice President Biden should agree to a fourth debate on the condition

That both of them enter from the balcony on a long extended ramp to the stage.

Biden could run down the ramp and answer questions for half an hour before Trump even reaches the podium at which time Trump would naturally take a few minutes to get the glass of water up to his mouth.

1. I would consider painting photos on the ramp of Hillary Clinton, Angela Merkel, and others.

Or maybe just have holograms show as he walks.

2. I would worry about Trump using some kind of a biological attack

He should be thoroughly checked for any vials or sprays or anything in his pocket he could poison Joe with. I wouldn’t put it past him for a second.
