So, I've lost count. How many additional impeachable offenses has orangeasshole committed?

And how many happened before he was impeached that he should have been impeached for?

How treasonous, how criminal, how disgusting does he and his family have to be in order to wake the right wing (the pols, and the voters) out of their weird adoration coma and realize that the trumptanic is about to take them all down with him?

There is now a "Trump Bar" for impeachment, there will be no "cleansing the office. Impeachment is about restoring honor and integrity to the office" for Biden.

There will be no political mandate for that.

First, the bar being set here is twofold: the magnitude of Trump's corruption, plus the magnitude of the Republican Senate's corruption in excusing and covering up that corruption.

As to any such bar ever being needed by subsequent administrations: it won't be, it shouldn't be, and it shouldn't even be a consideration. Ever.

It's not a matter of needing it. I know Biden won't use it... he won't say "This is what I can get away with before they impeach me", but it would be naive to think that the actions of not removing Trump on top of missing all these impeachment-worthy things will not have consequences down the road.

But hopefully the most important consequence will be never allowing a situation like this happen again.
