So I got out of my car and encountered a Trump nut

Yesterday, I pulled up to a pharmacy, put my mask on, got out of my car, and some guy sitting on the passenger side of the car next to me opens his window. He had a face mask dangling from his finger and he said, "How do you like this China shit?" Then he started giggling maniacally, like some character out of a slasher movie.

My first reaction was, "Damn, I hope he doesn't have a chainsaw or a gun." I half expected him to put on a hockey mask.

I ignored him, started walking toward the store, but he continued. "Goddamn Chinese send us this shit and then we gotta wear masks that they had all ready to sell us. Fucking Chinese." And he then let go with that insane laugh again.

Going into the pharmacy, I hoped he wouldn't be there when I came out.

Seems that Trump has opened the door to all of America's morons, haters, and mentally questionable people. Will we ever be able to close it again?

I believe that Biden might win in a landslide. And I also believe that the Trump nuts will rebel against this outcome in crazy, dangerous ways. And you just know that if/when Trump loses, he'll be screaming "Rigged!" from the sidelines to stir up even more instability.

Nonetheless, it's unnerving that you can run into Trump nuts anywhere, anytime. But I guess we can't pass laws against them. Still, there must be some laws against them coming at you with a chainsaw and hockey mask.
