This is a big deal and I think Trump is going to lose at least in New York. The case in New York involves Cohen, who was charged with a federal crime and the money he got from Trump to pay off Stormy. We all saw the checks signed by Trump. The prosecutors in New York want and deserve to see if Trump committed tax fraud when it comes to those payments.

(31,109 posts)LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL result is clear and simple and of course the libs are ALWAYS on that side of the issue.
always.
But we have corrupt liars on the SC who are there to destroy America, and they are succeeding. The Moscow Mitch appointments, over 200 of them, have put the nail in the final hole of the coffin.
Now we focus on preventing them from ending all life on planet earth, democracy and justice wont be around much longer probably and
ALL BECAUSE some of you out there "just couldnt trust her."

(32,626 posts)there's a reason why they're fighting it so hard, and I don't think it's run-of-the-mill tax fraud. He's been bank-rolled by wealthy Russians for quite a while.

(54,770 posts)anything related to Daniels. It won't appear on his tax returns explicitly where someone can identify it.
I'm skeptical that his tax returns will indicate anything other than he makes a lot less than he claims. But, we'll never know until we see them.
It will be interesting to read the Justice's BS on the tax returns, though.
