... but Virginia Foxx is most likely going to stick around. While all of NC's districts have been redrawn, her district is pretty ruby red. You could run a turd as a Republican in this district and it would win in a landslide. My guess is Virginia Foxx will continue to be in Congress in that district until she's about to pass on to the next life. A person somewhat like Howard Coble in some respects - very disagreeable policies but with a good congressional office that appears to support the needs of the district.
