I think this is one of those ways businesses and employers can have racist rules by making rules that they say "apply to everyone" but mostly apply to black people ("no African-style braids, no locks, no Afros"
.
It's ridiculous. For one things, these look GOOD. I have fine, slippery, straight-arrow hair, and nothing makes it look good, and no one has banned that.
