So, the administration leaves COVID-19 decisions to the states. Most

governors of the states leave it to the counties. Most counties give the decisions to the cities. And America has no unified plan as the virus escalates. We are desperately in need of a leader. Biden 2020!

Employees would not know when to show up for a shift...

Stock would run out everyday and not be replenished...

Vendors would not get paid or they would be stiffed and would not deliver...

So how in the world would anyone expect him to even ATTEMPT to handle this unprecedented emergency? His supporters are helping him KILL US by their support of him.

Running from a problem of his own creation. If important decisions, that cross state lines, are handed off to the states then what is the justification for a Federal government?

His hands are already full. He can't be expected to do other things when it takes both hands and his full attention to get the glass to his mouth.
