On Edit: Juneteenth will be a paid company holiday moving forward also.

(19,676 posts)I spent 30 years with a global 50 tech company. Sexual harassment was dealt with swiftly and severely, LGBTQ proactively supported since way back and racism or misogyny in any form also dealt with severely. Over the years the company shifted to be all about stockholder value, but did always maintain these equality and respect for all programs.

(4,568 posts)A sudden, unexpected day off. Some thought it was a bit disingenuous, but we'll see what happens next year.
