In an interview with Fox Business Network on Wednesday, Trump said the bounties were a hoax: “this is all a made up Fake News Media Hoax started to slander me & the Republican Party.” Trump knows this because Dmitry Peskov (Putin's spokesman) also claimed the reports about the bounties are untrue: “These claims are lies." And Trump agrees with Putin: “If it did happen, the Russians would hear about it, and anybody else would hear about it that was involved."

So, there you have it. Case closed. Move on, folks, there's nothing more to see here.
