I think he has very good protection that is kept from the public. I expect there is a team, perhaps secret service, in charge of looking after everything he is and will be doing, and disinfecting, etc. I expect they ensure that any one who meets Trump has been tested shortly before the meeting. They would have no shortage of test kits, and probably the equipment and personal to process them immediately on site.

If there isn't such a system, it would be a failing of the secret service.
