From saying it's a hoax, to saying it will disappear on its own, his one strategy has been to put doubt in his own scientist's conclusions in order to weaken a unified response to the virus. And in the end, he will take down his own economy, because businesses are not going to do any better on this roller coaster ride than we are.

12. I think about this all the time.

I have one right-leaning friend who lost a brother last night. She's from Texas, but she resumed usual social traveling when the rocket went up recently. So, the death was acknowledged on Facebook, but not the reason for the death. And I suspect it's going to be like that. Death by Covid is the new "C." Republicans will whisper the cause because they know that they're seeing the consequences of their warped thinking.
