Hot Hot Hot!

Temperatures in the mid 90s here in southeast Michigan until we get "relief" in the high 80s more than a week from now. Yes we get our share of 90s highs in the Great Lakes region during the summer but this extended stretch with no relief is crazy.

I read a Forecast Discussion from our local NWS office and dew points are only going to go up over the next week. High fire danger this weekend. I'm just going to hibernate in air conditioning. I really dislike hot, humid weather.

I hate heat and humidity. Just heard the weather forecast---90s all next week and no rain. We really need some steady rain.
It might as well be winter-- can’t enjoy the outdoors!

Cooled off lately, even a bit of rain yesterday. We sometimes get 100 degree days here at 4650 ft.,
but it's been hotter than usual here in SE Az. Mostly, we are 10 degrees less than Tucson, which is 10
less than Phoenix. Changes.
eta: the heat is obviously not killing the virus as the numbers here are growing.

in North Alabama. Heat index should get to 100 today with dew points above 70. Typical summer temps for July and August.

She remembers a few hot summers but they never lasted that long

I just finished cleaning off our pool deck and grill and tables for a little family time today. Real Feel at 9:30am was already 95°. I’m drenched! lol

Take care up there and stay hydrated!
