"Hamilton" on Disney+ starting today

Wanted to let everyone who hasn't already heard know that the video of the original Broadway production of Hamilton, starring Lin-Manuel Miranda, is now on Disney+. It's fantastic music telling the extremely important story of the "unsung" framer of our federal government, Alexander Hamilton.

It's mandatory viewing for all good Americans with Disney+!

1. We saw it in on Broadway, but not with OBC.

To say it was spectacular is an understatement.

2. Disney+ is no longer offering free trials to new subscribers, but Hamilton alone is worth the

$6.99 subscription for one month.

6. hubby insisted on Disney Plus but he hardly watches it :( is this free with our subscription?

..I would have rather had ACORN so I can catch up on Doc Martin. I usually snooze during musicals so just dont want to pay extra$ for it..

8. Yes, Hamilton is included with a subscription. I haven't subscribed yet, didn't

bother with the free trial earlier, but I'll subscribe soon, maybe next week, mostly for Hamilton.

3. Stayed up late to watch it.

Know the music, have listened to/sung along with the cast recording more times than I can count, but had never gotten to see it on stage. And already have Disney+, so this was so awesome.

5. There is a twitter viewing party tonight to watch - I saw it last night (3 am EST)

Lin, a lot of the cast, and Lin's folks, were all up and watching the first showing this morning.
It's such a great birthday gift for the county.
