We pay for everything anyway. A wall "renovation" cost us a fortune and there were only a few miles of ready to fall down instant wall installed.

We pay for the tariffs as our way of showing China that we will pay and pay and pay, just to show them! Our farmers even get to join in on this big time. See! Take that, China! Ha, maybe Grump will even make the tariffs higher and we will pay some more at you! You'll give in.

Sure, we can pay for their wall to keep us out and I think they actually have a valid reason to, unlike the scapegoat King's obsession with Stephen Miller's Nazi dreams.
