Alternate universe idea: Trump bags the comb-over and shaves the fringes.

That's what I'd do if I had his hair.

There's a definite Lex Luthor vibe about this beyond just the baldness.
Could the comb-over be a secret identity disguise? No lamer than Clark Kent's glasses really.
