Do any of you know about "random door to door" immunity testing in Georgia?

see this article Someone started a thread on it on FB and it set off a crazyland of comments.

I played around with SNOPES but did not have any luck. Disclaimer: It's the Washington Times, OK? I reads like something from Faux and it's inflammatory as hell.
