She wants the employee's to run into a burning building to get her a refund on something she probably ordered on he dollar menu.

Even if it was a large order and large purchase, just politely talk to the manager and ask who to contact for her loss during the fire. Not fucking hard. Hell, she'll would have gotten a few vouchers for free food just for her trouble. Nope, just has to be an asshole.
