Would I be a Karen if I went into a grocery store and refused
to be checked out by a store clerk not wearing a mask?

2. Thanks.
This is not hypothetical.
Our local grocery store has stopped requiring masks for their workers. |

6. I'd let the manager know I was changing stores because of that.

5. Yes.
There is a plastic shield. I think they should still be wearing masks.

7. OTOH, as a cashier, I have had to (respectfully) tell customers to pull their masks back
over their noses. And I don't do anything until they do. At this point, if they complain and I get fired, so be it. But I won't be fired as management is totally on board about the masks.
