Outside today

Finally today I went outside I had to go to the cashier. And put my absentee ballot registration in the mail this in the South Bronx,what I saw was a lot of people Different age groups without the masks.. very few people using it. The cashier girl Or teller didn't even Was wearing One which made me feel anxious since the place is small and poorly ventilated.. what's wrong with these people? new york still have hundreds of ppl getting sick every day .mayor diblassio was saying mask are mandatory but I don’t see nothing of that happening .What’s wrong with this people? Taking everything for granted ...
