Trump Confidante to Release an ‘Explosive’ Tell-All

“Following months of legal drama, threats, and public controversy surrounding multiple books published by former Trumpworld insiders, yet another blockbuster Trump book is set to hit shelves next month and contain ‘explosive’ revelations about first lady Melania Trump, written by her once close adviser and friend of 15 years,” the Daily Beast reports.

“Stephanie Winston Wolkoff—who was previously seen by the first lady as a loyal confidante and helped plan President Donald Trump’s 2017 inauguration in Washington, D.C.—will release a tell-all, Melania and Me, on Sept. 1.”

“People with knowledge of the project say the content of the book is largely negative and that the manuscript heavily trashes the First Lady.”

23. That accusation was a lie promoted by WH to make Stephanie the scapegoat for improprieties

according to reporting by Vanity Fair, Stephanie alleges she did not "cash in" and can account for her use of all the money for legitimate expenses but she claims she was hung out to dry as a villain when the inauguration was being scrutinized. She claims WH set her up as focus of blame when it was actually Ivanka and others who overcharged and exploited donations. She claims Melania refused to speak to her or stand up for her and went along with making Stephanie the scapegoat. Stephanie has turned over all of her records to federal investigators.

Melania tried to tag her with the debacle but she wouldn't go along.

My understanding is that she was very ethical and kept everything on spread sheets to back up her story.

My recollection is that she was shocked how they were paying themselves and resisted but became the bookkeeping flow through and was disillusioned.


NYT May 6th 2019.

They project that she received $ 500,000 for her professional fee and the rest of the money was channeled to another firm that was controlled by two former producers of the Apprentice.

She appears to be the party that refused to go along

16. I wonder if there could be a horrible backlash to this

if the contents are petty. The dirt needs to be significant, like criminal or treasonous, or maybe reflecting how ethically corrupt she is. Maybe quotes about her disdain for religion. I don't think hypocrisy alone will do the trick. I fear it will put people off if it isn't serious enough.

whatever she says about her good friend Melania, who cares? It's not like it's a tome of essays, destined for a Pulitzer. It's a trash & bash book that needs to get out there, while the getting is good. There's not much of a window left to sell tattle-tales
