When has a noose been used to hold a door open?

According to Wimpy Graham, the noose that was found at the race track at Talladega, was there to hold the door up! Wrong! The rope is used to pull the door close! Nice try Graham! You should just keep your mouth shut when you have no idea what you’re saying!

The ropes are hanging there on every garage door.
Sometimes they get tied into knots.
This one got a noose.
(And it was not even a proper noose as every Boy Scout probably figured out how to tie when they were learning knots.)
It gets spotted and it happens to be in or near his assigned garage.
Sets off a firestorm. Understandably.
Fallout and political shit stirrers follow.
