As a high school student in Queens, Ms. Trump writes, Donald Trump paid someone to take a precollegiate test, the SAT, on his behalf. The high score the proxy earned for him, Ms. Trump adds, helped the young Mr. Trump to later gain admittance as an undergraduate to the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Wharton business school.

Mr. Trump has often boasted about attending Wharton, which he has referred to as “the best school in the world” and “super genius stuff.”

A friends uncle was a MD in Europe.. To practice in the US he had to take these challenge tests called the FLEX and ECMFG. Well the good doctor thought it was beneath him to take any tests so he quite handsomely paid a whiz bang super bright med student to take the test for him. The family was "connected" so getting phony credentials was easy...

I've always assumed he cheated extensively all the way through school like everything else. After all, with his inheritance he could afford to buy anything he wanted including academic credentials. He may have figured out at a young age that he would never have to work or learn anything because he would never need a job.
