This article could also be titled "Republicans have no ideas". Like the "repeal and replace" nonsense that was heard after the ACA was passed.

Anybody with "ideas" has been culled from that herd years ago. There are a few Repub senators left who used have cred as "moderates" but they've been largely sidelined by Trumpists and cowed into submission.
